The 3 Stops - Jump, Stride, and Hockey!

How to finish and pivot off of 2 feet

How to catch & shoot out of all 3 stops

How to drive more effectively out of a catch & stop (and prevent traveling!)

How to use inside vs outside hand and foot combinations to finish creatively around the rim!

How to move without the ball to get open using more efficient footwork!
