ABOUT YOUR HOST:

Jenny O'Dell specializes in working with individuals who have been feeling lost to themselves, weary from their journey, and are longing to be found through a more compassionate and complete way. She focusses on easing your nervous system out of fight-and-flight and into rest-and-restore so that you can live your life to your fullest potential and get back to being authentically YOU.

Jenny graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Watertown, MA in 2007. After having her first child in 2009 and enduring several life challenges in the years to follow -- she began to feel herself drifting away and the pieces that were left were frayed and raw. It was by chance that she was introduced to Bowenwork in 2020. And after learning to live in alignment, her passion for this modality and the impact she knew it could have on others who are struggling as she had struggled, lead her to open her own practice in 2020.

Today she serves as a guide for her clients, combining her skills in each session in a very intentional way to help them reclaim and redesign their lives.
