Dive Deeper- What sank the Mary Rose?

Can you help solve the mystery of what sank the Mary Rose? Prepare to be guided through the existing evidence and rival theories about the cause of the disaster. Review the eyewitness accounts, the chronicles of the period, archaeological findings and DNA evidence to reach a conclusion – if you can!

Join us for a one-hour presentation including an illustrated talk with plenty of time for questions and discussion followed by an optional tour.

Tickets cost £30, and are just for the 1hr talk (you will require a valid Portsmouth Historic Dockyard ticket to enter the museum). If you would like to add a guided tour (90 mins) to your visit with one of our expert guides you can add one to your booking for a discounted rate of £15 per person.
