Are you experiencing grief, loneliness, or missing someone you love?

We’re starting a friendly, informal group for people who may be finding things difficult and would simply like somewhere to come, sit with others, talk, listen, or just have a cuppa.

We are not therapists or counsellors — we’re simply people who want to offer a safe, welcoming space where you can be around others who understand that sometimes you just need someone to listen.

Whether you want to talk about your grief, share memories of a loved one, tell someone how you’re feeling, have a little vent, or simply sit quietly with a cup of tea, you are welcome. �

� Meet others who may be experiencing similar feelings

� Starting Thursday 15th October

� 10am – 12pm

� Location: Buckland Community Centre

There’s no expectation to stay for the full two hours.

Pop in for 10 minutes, stay for an hour, or stay for the whole session — whatever feels right for you.

You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to pretend you’re okay. And you certainly don’t have to go through a difficult day feeling completely alone.

Come along, have a drink and a biscuit, and spend a little time with us. �
