• Cheese: Brie (Brie or camembert, like Brie de Meaux)– A rich, creamy cheese that pairs beautifully with the crisp acidity and fine bubbles of Champagne.
• Charcuterie: Prosciutto – The delicate saltiness complements the wine’s freshness.

Sancerre & Vegetables Risotto

• Wine: Sancerre Domaine Millet Blanc 2023 (Sauvignon Blanc)
• Spring Vegetable Risotto – A creamy risotto with peas, asparagus, and lemon zest works beautifully.
