Seacoast Ultimate's 2026 Spring DOW League welcomes folks who identify as Defenders of Women and are excited to play ultimate frisbee! We're building a space that is inclusive, supportive, fun, and just the right amount of competitive - where you can challenge yourself, build community, and grow your confidence on and off the field.
Brand new to the sport? You're absolutely welcome here. Our community includes players with experience at all levels, and we love sharing the game. Whether you're learning to throw for the first time or looking to sharpen your skills, you'll have teammates ready to support you every step of the way. Come play, connect, and be part of something great!
The 2026 Spring DOW League will run from Wednesday, April 8th (or when the grass fields are ready) until Wednesday, June 3rd from 5:30 to 7 pm on the grass fields at Portsmouth Community Campus (100 Campus Drive, behind the pickle ball courts). The cost to play is $15 for the entire session.
