Sound Healing in the Redwoods

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and healing with Jen Accristo, returning to guide us through a Sound Bath Meditation in the peaceful setting of the Redwood Grove at Valley Presbyterian Church.

A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where participants are immersed in resonant sounds from instruments like singing bowls. These vibrations help quiet the mind, ease stress, and invite a profound sense of inner calm.

Come as you are—no prior experience needed.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat or beach towel
• Blanket and/or eye mask (optional, but recommended)
• Water bottle
• Layered clothing for outdoor comfort

This event is complimentary, with suggested donations of $15–$30 gratefully accepted to help us continue to offering Sound Baths and Yoga.
