Practise safe cycling on roads with an instructorAbout this EventThis spring we are offering all participants a free hot drink and biscuit with the session.This is a one hour lesson for people who have cycled before but feel nervous about cycling on the roads and would like to build up their confidence. Once we can see what level you are at, we can take you one-to-one or in a small group on quiet roads, thinking about how to be safe on the roads, and practising basic manoeuvres. We can build up to cycling on busier roads as your confidence grows.We can also look at the routes you might take on your daily routine and help you think about the best roads to use, or even buddy you on those rides.We're here every Friday. It might be one lesson you need, or you might want to keep coming back for more lessons. So you can learn at your own pace.All free.
