The day flows as follows:9:30–9:45 am – Arrive, grab a drink, take a seat. We’ll make sure you feel welcome and run some fun, low-pressure introductions so you have a chance to get to know everyone in the room.10:00 am – Quiet writing sessions start, with plenty of tea, coffee and a seasonal By the Beach Treat!1:00 pm – Lunch! Bring your own or grab something from the high street.1:45 pm – Back to writing.2:45 pm – An optional walk along the beach to get your creativity flowing!3:30 pm – Back to writing.5:00 pm – Reflect on your progress and head home for some well-deserved rest!Some FAQs about our writing retreats:- There’s no pressure to share your work, but we’re happy to discuss all things writing!- No need to hit a certain word count.- You can bring a notepad or laptop – there’s WiFi and plenty of charging points.- Anyone who identifies as a woman or as non-binary is welcome to attend.
