~  Giving and receiving touch with awareness and presence ~
 
We use our hands daily - in so many different ways - often with the intention of doing.
How can we relax our hands in just being? Being present with the person or object we touch, being aware of the sensations we feel?

In this workshop we will start with the foundations of touch: how to notice each sensation, follow impulses with clarity, and let our hands become instruments of awareness. After we’ll follow our curiosity in both touching and being touched. Each role offers subtle different experiences: one cultivates intentional presence and responsive attention, while the other deepens the capacity to receive, trust, and allow.

This is a quiet, grounded and playful space to connect to our own sensitivity, while building confidence in giving and receiving with a touch that’s present and attuned.

THE FACILITATORS
Paul Victor is a Touch & Awareness practitioner, a method that uses a listening touch and soft conversation to bring awareness and relief to tension, pain, trauma and stress that is held in the body.

Margo Doletska is an explorer of embodiment through BodyMind Gestalt therapy, where a wholeness of body and mind system is seen as a main principle of contact with somatic symptoms, tension or traumatic experiences.
