There is something incredibly powerful in the wisdom passed down through generations—an invisible thread that connects us to the mysteries of the universe.TO PREPARE:Please do not eat anything heavy up to 3 hours beforehand.Stay hydrated throughout the day and bring water with you.Wear comfortable clothing.Leave expectations at the door.Arrive 10 - 15 minutes beforehand so you can fully land in the space before we begin together.Contraindications include pregnancy, epilepsy or seizures, cardiovascular diseases (incl. stroke), severe asthma, kidney disease, lung disease, glaucoma, detached retina, uncontrolled high blood pressure (or low blood pressure with a history of fainting), recent surgery or broken bones, clinical anxiety, psychosis, untreated/severe PTSD.
