- **Event Description**: Our midwifery team developed prenatal group courses for pregnant women and families that speak/understand English and live in Portugal, that include theoretical and practical sessions to develop knowledge and skills about birth and parenthood.

The group prenatal sessions aim also to strengthen your support network and help you to cross these challenging times with calm, safety, and love.
These sessions occur at UTERUS facilities.

WHEN TO START?
We suggest that the course begins between 20 and 30 weeks of pregnancy. If you need to start before or after this period, feel free to contact us to find out how we can adjust to your needs.

ON WHAT DAYS AND TIMES?
Wednesday, from 17:00 to 20:00, for 6 weeks.
New group: from January 7th to February 11th
