As spring approaches, we begin to feel the earth coming back to life. Our bodies, part of this cycle, naturally join her awakening dance.

This class invites you to experience contact improvisation through the lens of growing into each other while moving. We will explore rooting, play with falling and landing, and discover resilience in our bodies.

The class will be followed by a jam session, offering space to practice, move spontaneously, and continue exploring together.

No previous experience needed.

THE FACILITATOR
Margo Doletska is a CI practitioner from Ukraine and an interdisciplinary explorer of embodiment through voice work, theatre, body-based practices, and Gestalt therapy. Her work is related to understanding the body and creating spaces for authentic expression and connection.
