Sweater weather has stepped into its power, and rhythms of nature are calling to our inner rhythms to find pause and exhale.

It’s time to harvest out summer productivity and get ready for a deep rest.

In this class we will explore a slow movement and a state of cocoon, which helps us to restore energy and be more present in our mellow dance. We’ll play with our softness and gravity, allowing ourselves to land into pile of autumn leaves.

Class will be followed by a cozy jam session, so bring your socks and let’s dive into Autumn Slowness.

No previous experience needed!


THE FACILITATOR
Margo Doletska is a CI practitioner from Ukraine and an interdisciplinary explorer of embodiment through voice work, theatre, body-based practices, and Gestalt therapy. Her work is related to understanding the body and creating spaces for authentic expression and connection.
