Chef Jorge Sousa is preparing a unique Brunch designed to honour all the women who make a difference in our lives. The highlight? The “Pink Edition” Eggs Benedict, delicate, surprising and perfectly suited to the occasion.

From cheese boards, waffles and red velvet pancakes to live showcooking, comforting hot dishes and a dessert selection that makes every choice a challenge, the invitation is simple: gather the women and turn this moment into a celebration among friends, family or colleagues, created to share and savour without rushing.
