Harry didn't have the best childhood before he came to Hogwarts and an organization like Boys and Girls Aid would have helped him immensely in finding a better placement for him than the Dursleys. We believe he would have founded a similar organization to help other orphaned children, because not everyone has a vault full of Galleons or a great family like the Weasleys to escape to.
