As the days grow darker and colder, our bodies and spirits crave warmth, nourishment, and deeper rest. Join us on Saturday, December 13 at 4:00 PM for a restorative evening featuring an immersive 60-minute sound bath experience followed by a healing bone broth communion from Portland’s own woman-owned Nouriche Broth. We’ll move from a soothing sound journey into warm, intentional nourishment crafted to ease seasonal stress, support gut health, and uplift the mood during the darker months. After the session, enjoy a cup of Nouriche’s slow-cooked, sustainably sourced broth — a perfect way to rest, reset, and be held in community.

Plant based “bone” broth will also be on offer for our vegetarian guests.

We begin with a grounding guided meditation followed by an immersive sound bath featuring Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls to balance the endocrine system, calm the mind, and invite the body into full parasympathetic rest.

Following the sound journey, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy communion in community with a cup of healing Bone Broth lovingly made by Nouriche Broth, a Portland-based, woman-owned wellness brand founded by DeDe Frerichs. Nouriche Broth is crafted with intentional, nutrient-rich ingredients to support gut health, immunity, joint function, and mood regulation.

After the event, participants will also have the opportunity to purchase jars of Nouriche Broth or sign up for their subscriber delivery program - a wonderful way to build consistent nourishment rituals this winter.

Ry (they/them) — A sound healer with a passion for sound, nature, and healing the world.

“My whole life I’ve been creating music which has helped me developed an intuitive and personal understanding of how sound can be used to promote healing and wellbeing.” Through years of spiritual exploration, Ry has developed a deep understanding of how sound can be used to shift energy, reduce stress, and promote inner peace. In 2023 Ry completed their training at The Sound Healers Academy and began using my gifts to heal.

• Arrive on Time — Please arrive promptly to give yourself time to settle in before the session begins.
• Dress Comfortably — Wear cozy, layered clothing as your body temperature may drop during deep relaxation.
• Nests — We have mats, pillows, and some blankets and bolsters. Bring your blankets and bolster if we run out. It can also be grounding to bring a blanket that you have a connection with.
• Scents — Please refrain from strong odors (ie. perfumes, colognes, definitely no cucumber melon)
• Stay Hydrated — Bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated before and after the session.
• Other Things
  — Blanket (We have some but if you have a blanket you’re connected with it may enhance your experience)
  — Journal
  — Crystals or anything you’d like to charge on the mesa
  — Anything that helps you feel grounded
