You will then rest back into blankets and pillows, as I guide us through a meditation where we will place our intention deep within the subconcious mind, a realm where change and new beginnings take shape. As you rest, healing sounds will fill the room to soothe and harmonize the body and mind on a cellular level. This experience will prepare you for a night of deep sleep, on the longest night of the year. I will have candles for you to light, I reccomend bringing a journal to write down any insight or vision you may experience during the journey.* For a cozy experience I recommend bringing a pillow & yoga mat to rest on. I will have blankets and bolsters for you to use, feel free to bring your own! No experience is needed, all are welcome <3~ Doors open at 7:20pm, start time is 7:30pm.
