All for the sake of play, not hierarchy.For our founding session, we are honored to welcome Josephine LaCosta, chef, culinary artist, community builder, and author of Tangerine on the Sill. Jo runs Elbow's Catering, a culinary project rooted in the belief that growing and cooking are never truly separate, and that the table is the simplest, most powerful way to bring people together. She has spent years tending Portland's food community with generosity, creativity, and deep care for the land and the people around her.Come ready to eat, listen, ask questions, and learn.
