We will practice the five elements of Happiness (mindfulness, gratitude, movement, play and connection) in a series of group and individual activities. Think of a spontaneous workshop where authentic relating meets meditation.The results of the evening’s gathering promise to inspire a bright spark in a time of uncertainty, to provide a supportive and grounded space that fosters interaction, and to leave you with portable skills to use any time, anywhere, to slide your mood further up the happy-o-meter.Feel free to bring a journal, a fellow alchemizer, curiosity, and dress to de-stress.The Lab was originally created in 2014 at a healing center in California as an alternative to traditional therapeutic treatment. These days the Lab continues to be engaging in a social (not therapeutic) way.
