The solstice marks the sun at its highest arc, gifting us the year's longest stretch of daylight.Nourishing, floral tea will be served as you settle into your cozy resting spot. Then, I'll lead us through a lively, grounding visualization to align with the radiant energy of summer.The sound bath will unfold in layers ~ crystal bowls, singing, and chimes washing over you in waves to soften the nervous system and carry you into deep, expansive presence. When the journey completes, I will gently guide you back to the room, back to yourself, and out into the solstice night feeling spacious and inspired.* For a cozy experience I recommend bringing a pillow & mat to rest on. I will have blankets for you to use, feel free to bring your own!No experience needed, all are welcome
