Sound Immersion at PRCC

Enjoy a sound immersion experience at PRCC with JoAnn Dowe of Inner Stillness Healing! We begin with intention setting and an invocation to open sacred space to usher you into a place of tranquility and receptivity.

Vocalizations are paired with gong, frame drum, bells, crystal bowls, chimes, rattles, didgeridoo and shruti box. As the sounds wash over you, your energy field will be recalibrating, allowing you to feel restored, renewed and peaceful.

Bringing a blanket and/or eye covering is suggested.
