We tune the body with simple seated stretches and breathwork.Part 2 — Sound Bath MeditationA guided meditation with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, harmonium, and miscellaneous shamanic instruments.Part 3 — 2 Minute Meditation SprintWe gently enter a 2 minute seated meditation after our cleansing sound journey.Part 4 — Incense Ceremony & Energy ReleaseWith the sharing rattle we share and reflect on being mindful and present or other topic.
