- **Event Description**: It's time to bring forth some joyous noises!  Join us for the 4th annual Something Bardic on the 4th of April! There will be multiple bardic competitions for fabulous prizes, bardic related classes throughout the day, tasty food and plenty of chances to jam out with some of the best bardic performers in the Kingdom.  Whether you are an entertainer or enjoy entertainment, there will be fun to be had in Three Mountains!

9:00 - Gate Opens

10:00 - Morning Court                                

10:30 - Breakfast

11:00 - 12:00 Basic Dance Class                 

11:00 - 12:00 Puppetry Make and Take    

11:00 - Silent Auction Starts                        

12:00 - Bardic Competition Begins                

12:00 - 2:00 Lunch

12:30 - 1:30 An Tir Choir Practice                

1:30 - 2:30 Medieval Music 101 Class        

2:30 - 3:30 Basic Bardic Skills Class        

4:00 - Bardic Competition Ends

5:00 - Evening Court

6:00 - Feast

Bardic performers will have a sign-up sheet for specific slots so they can balance the competition against classes they wish to attend.

There are multiple prize categories, including Best Song, Best Spoken, Best Instrumental, Best Original, and Populace’s Choice.

(Single entries can compete in multiple categories.  For example, a singer accompanying themselves  can compete for both Song and Instrumental, while a poem or story can compete for both Spoken and Original)

There will be a silent auction held throughout the day on the landing.  Donations to the auction are deeply appreciated and all proceeds go to the Barony.

Site Fees:  $35, with a $10 discount for members

A variety of delicious meals will be available throughout the day for an additional $15 fee, paid at gate. A google pre-reg form will be available soon to assist with planning. Please be sure to fill it out if you plan to partake of the meals provided. Menu coming soon.

(For gate and silent auction, please bring cash or a cheque made out to Barony of Three Mountains, SCA Inc.)
