This soundscape is designed to settle the nervous system and relax the breath. It’s a space where sound acts as both guardian and guide, led by a bespoke collection of energetically powerful instruments.No meditation experience is required, nor do you need to be flexible, accomplish anything, have an intention, or really be good at anything at all to enjoy and benefit from this experience. You can simply lie or sit down, listen, notice what you notice, feel what you feel, and allow the experience to unfold.Goldsmith sits in one of the historic areas of Old Town, and occasionally the sounds of the street make their way into the room.
