Her calming voice and ethereal singing, enhanced by the vibrational tones of crystal bowls, chimes, harmonium and oceanic sounds, creates a healing resonance that encourages a shift in the body, mind and spirit.As you rest in blankets and pillows, you are guided through a heart opening meditation where we will place an intention deep within the subconscious mind, a space where change and new beginnings take shape. Then, healing sounds will fill the room to soothe and harmonize the body and mind on a cellular level.
