You are invited to settle in, release tension, and let the melodic sound bath support your nervous system. EFT meditation uses gentle tapping on acupressure points with calming focus, helping to ease stress and quiet the mind. Crystal bowls, harp, and soft guidance create space for relaxation, grounding, and emotional reset.
