The method of Reiki I practice is based upon the Usui Reiki Method, but has been inevitably Westernized since being taught in America for the past many decades. Out of respect for the cultural traditions of Japan, and the ascended masters in my lineage, I acknowledge that this cultural tradition does not belong to me. I practice with reverence and gratitude for this powerful healing modality.
