Her teaching centers on creating a welcoming, supportive space where students of all backgrounds and experience levels can explore movement, breath, and mindful connection with their bodies. KSW's classes draw from hatha, vinyasa, and restorative traditions, blending strength, mobility, relaxation, and intentional breathing to support overall full-body wellness. Beyond the mat, KSW holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and is also an Integrated Health Coach, giving her a holistic perspective on wellbeing that extends far beyond physical movement.Tess Hua is a Lighthouse co-owner who has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Tess' style of teaching is inspired by the modalities of all of the incredible yogis that they have learned from throughout years of practice, including vinyasa, hatha, kundalini, and pilates. They think of themselves as a guide rather than a teacher, believing that yoga practitioners are their own teachers, understanding their body's capabilities better than anybody else. Tess offers an experience for those wanting to step outside of the decorum of typical yoga classes, encouraging questions, concerns and laughter.
