Teaching since 2016, she weaves lessons from nature into her classes through breath regulation, somatic movement, and flow yoga. Georgia is a certified breathwork facilitator, who completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training, trauma-informed movement certification, and a 85-hour prenatal training, but her deepest education came from the courageous work of reclaiming her own body and life through daily activities.Kristin Morrison is a business coach, certified breathwork facilitator, psychedelic integration coach and guide. She is a long-time student of hot yoga and is humbled and expanded by the daily practice of getting on the mat. Yoga, breathwork, extended time in nature, and other healing modalities have helped Kristin get through some of her life’s biggest challenges.
