Improve skills and practice tracking energy, connection, and consent on and off the dance floor.

STARS is a simple and powerful relational framework that helps us speak the parts that are often left unspoken: Safety, Turn-ons, Avoids, Relationship Intentions/Expectations, and Sexual Health. When these conversations become embodied and intentional, chemistry deepens, consent becomes clearer, and connection becomes more nourishing and sustainable.

This is not a lecture.
This is a guided, experiential, community practice.

We’ll explore:
? Safety as attunement — aligning nervous systems so intimacy can move with care. Deepen your relationship with your nervous system so that you recognize it's messages. 

? Turn-ons &
     Avoids -listening to and voicing your embodied truth-
      the hell yes, and no. And honor the grey in between. 

? Relationship intentions & expectations -moving from assumptions to shared reality by listening and attuning to yourself and others. 

? Sexual health as a pathway to deeper trust and hotter connection. Talking about the uncomfortable stuff. 

Through movement, reflection, partnered and small-group exercises, and clear frameworks, you’ll practice bringing your relational communication into the same integrity as your dance.

This workshop is for:
• Fusion & ecstatic dancers
• Connection-curious humans
• People who want more clarity, less guessing
• Anyone ready to make “the talk” feel natural, grounded, and even pleasurable

What to Expect
• Short teachings woven with experiential practice
• Somatic and movement-based exercises
• Partner and group exploration with clear consent and choice
• Individual reflection and integration
• A trauma-informed, inclusive, consent-centered container

No partner needed. All relationship structures, identities, and experience levels welcome.

Come as you are. Leave with practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and a new way to create connection in this community.
