6:00 PM – Check-In, Food Distribution & Bracket Setup
6:30 PM – Final Check-In Deadline
7:00 PM – Tournament Begins
Approx. 9:00 PM – Tournament Ends

IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT INFO:
• Participants must be 8 years or older to compete
• All players must provide a valid phone number during registration
• Players must check in by 6:30 PM
• Unclaimed spots after 6:30 PM may be released to waitlisted players without refund
• Participants must remain near the Atrium and stay available throughout the tournament
• Players not present when called for their race will forfeit automatically
• Tournament format and scheduling may adjust based on total participation
