Children are encouraged to participate.Table positions will be assigned.We have 8 foot rectangular tables & 60" round tables available. Please be sure to specify your preference when you register for the event.Bring your own table: For an additional charge, you can bring your own custom table up to a maximum of 10' x 8'. Be sure to choose the Vendor—Bring Your Own Table signup itemPayments. Vendors act as their own bank and take payments at their own risk. We highly recommend that vendors offer an electronic payment option if at all possible. Credit card reader options such as Square are popular, as are direct payment options such as Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and others. We do not offer assistance, advice or support in setting up or operating your payment options.Food and drink will be available for purchase. Santa, caroling and tree lighting.The Marketplace organizers retain the right to refuse vendors if the products are not appropriate. (Please no cannabis products or any images or objects that are not child friendly.) If it is determined that your products are not appropriate for this event your table fee will be refunded.Regular Vendor: Fee is $70. Registration deadline is November 28Youth/Child Vendor: We are pleased to offer Madeleine School and Parish youth/children an opportunity to sell their own student-made crafts/wares. THIS IS NOT FOR THEIR PARENTS. Tables are $25, and we will verify that each Youth/Child vendor is indeed a youth/child. We have a maximum of 25 Youth/Child spots. Each will receive 1/2 of an 8' rectangular table, and electricity is not guaranteed.
