She teaches at a couple local studios and is a very intentional and uplifting instructor. We are very excited to have her in-store to go though some Lagree and Pilates based movements that will help build your strength and endurance! This workout will be full body and will include a stretching session at the end. All levels are welcomed and encouraged to join.Please provide your own yoga mat, water bottle and grippy socks, have a bestie joining you?Love.
