The goals are to develop a foundation of knowledge and skill and to prepare students for joining our broader collection of classes and practices, if students decide they want to further their study.Students should bring a water bottle and wear attire appropriate for exercise. The classes are structured such that students do not need to wear fencing gear, but if you have gear please bring it.We will supply training swords, with which students will strike coaches.Progression beyond this class does require students to have their own equipment, specifically mask, gloves, and gorget.
