- **Event Description**: A day of celebration honoring His Excellency Sebastiaen des Roseaux.  Period gaming and other pub-themed activities will occur throughout the day as well as a written bid auction (cash or cheques made to Barony of Three Mountains SCA Inc.).  The event will also host the Barony’s Arts and Sciences Championship. Their Graces, Morgan and Livia have graciously agreed to cook French cuisine for the feast.

Site Fee: $35 Adult, $20 13-17, 12 and under gratis. Member discount of $10 will apply at gate.

9am                          - Gate opens and  Informal 1st remove
10am                        - Court  and Invocations with Torrney to start as soon as practical after
11am                        - A&S judging slot
12pm                        - White Elephant prize awards for heavy tourney
12:30pm to1:30pm  - Informal second remove
1pm                          - A&S judging slot
2pm                          - A&S judging slot
3:30pm to 4:30pm   - Afternoon Court (possible royal business, nothing currently planned though per his Majesty))
5pm to 7pm              - evening remove

The Barony of Three Mountains will host its A&S Championship at Honor Feast!

Letters of intent are requested 1 month in advance [Edit: (OCTOBER 11th)] so judges can be arranged.

Theme: Something near, something far As a sailor, Sebastiaen has traveled the world and seen art from many distant lands. Bring one piece that is "far" from your normal work. Geographically far, temporally distant, diverse in skill from your usual work, whatever "far" means to you. Please be prepared to speak on your choice and reasoning.

Your second entry is entrant's choice! Both entries should have supporting documentation and will be evaluated using the simplified kingdom forms, the same as last year. These forms are available on the Baronial Webpage.
