- **Event Description**: Join Rissa Wray of Moving Meditations at the Soaking Garden in NE Portland for this one of a kind wellness event!About this EventGolden Hour Thai Yoga at the Soaking Garden is a luxurious and cozy experience featuring the unique Ruesi Dat Ton yoga modality from the Thai Healing Tradition, followed by sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub soak in the gorgeous outdoor garden space located in St. John's neighborhood of NE Portland!The "Thai Yoga" session takes place in the upstairs Wellness Studio and will feature postures, exercises, breathwork, plus some self-massage techniques guided by teacher Rissa Wray of Moving Meditations.After class, we will have one hour to change, rinse off, then enjoy the outdoor cold plunge, sauna, and hot tub, as well as snacks and refreshments! The Soaking Garden features two cold plunge tubs, a steam sauna, and a hot tub that fits eight.
