We explore Somatics—the "Window of Tolerance"—to understand what your feelings actually feel like in your body. You’ll build a personal toolkit of self-soothing activities to help you stay grounded when things get heated.Class 2: The Art of the RepairRelationships aren't about avoiding conflict; they’re about how we handle it. We use Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and "Boundary Wheels" to navigate the messy middle of human connection. You’ll learn the "Rupture and Repair" process—turning friction into a bridge rather than a wall.Class 3: Deep IntegrityWe don’t live in a vacuum. Our relationships are constantly shaped by the systems around us—capitalism, patriarchy, and the "culture of violence".
