Upon moving to Portland, OR she committed to yoga as her path to healing and transformation. Teaching since 2016, she brings lessons from nature into her classes through a blend of breath regulation, somatic movement, and flow yoga. Georgia completed her 200-hour teacher training, trauma-informed movement certification, and 85-hour prenatal training, but her deepest education came from reclaiming her own body and life through practice. She believes yoga is a daily self-revolution — an opportunity to shed what no longer serves us and step fully into who we're meant to be.
