Welcome to the Healing Workshop!
Join us at Frog Spirit Yoga on December 28, 2025 at 5:00 PM for a magical evening designed to help you Find Your Inner Sparkle ✨. This workshop is perfect for teens and tweens who want to explore their inner world, connect with community, and discover new tools for healing and growth.
We’ll begin with light refreshments, then settle in with a grounding visualization meditation. From there, Samantha Lindsey will guide you through a gentle 4-step journaling process with music and reflection.
In the second half, we’ll move into creative crafting as you design your own mini affirmation mirror to take home. During craft time, participants will also take turns receiving fairy hair, a shimmering reminder of the light that shines within you throughout the new year. We’ll also open the circle for sharing and connection as we create.
