- **Event Description**: ? The Festival of Trees, presented by the Jay County Chamber of Commerce, invites Jay County nonprofits, service clubs, and municipalities to celebrate the season in a magical way!

✨ The Jay County Public Library will transform into a winter wonderland during Winterfest and throughout December, featuring beautifully decorated trees that showcase the heart and spirit of our community.

? To participate, you must be a state-recognized or nationally chartered nonprofit. A completed participation form must be submitted and approved before your tree can be displayed. Space is limited — 25 trees with lights and 5 without. Only LED lights are permitted. When registering, please include your tree’s height and width so we can create a layout map prior to setup.

? The Festival kicks off December 1st from 5–7 PM. Trees will be on display and open for voting all month during library hours. A monetary prize will be awarded and donated to the winning organization to support their programs and projects.
