Join us for ENERGY, SOUND + SOUL — a therapeutic combination of *REIKI* energy work, immersive *SOUND HEALING* and *GUIDED MEDITATION* through body scan — EVERY SECOND SATURDAY @ 3PM 🔥

This monthly practice creates an intentional container designed to help regulate your nervous system, moving you out of a state of stress and into rest and relaxation. Participants will receive a soothing flow of Reiki energy through each note played using a drum, ocean drum, crystal quartz bowls, and koshi chimes.

Benefits may include:
• Relief from stress, tension, or anxiety
• Calming the nervous system and brainwave state, shifting from fight-or-flight into rest-and-relaxation

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Aubrey Kyung is a Reiki Master, meditation + mindfulness teacher, yoga teacher, sound facilitator, and an intuitive messenger. As a multidimensional healer, ritualist, and guide, her work lives at the intersection of embodiment, ancestral healing, and energetic remembrance. Aubrey’s healing journey has been less about “fixing” and more about remembering: the body’s intelligence, the soul’s resilience, and the guides who walk beside us. Reiki, sound, ritual, and somatic presence are not tools she applies, but practices she lives.
