Q: Is there a way to calm and relax my over-taxed nervous system and let go of some of the fear, stress and anxiety I am constantly feeling?
Q:  All we seem hear about is division, anger, injustice and catastrophe. What happened to Peace and Love in the world? Is there a place where people can come together to remember and celebrate these ideals?

A: YES!
SHANTI means PEACE and Kirtan is the practice of relaxing our bodies, opening our hearts, tuning-in and empowering PEACE and LOVE for ourselves and the world community at large. The sacred practice of group singing/kirtan invites us to come together and creates a powerful and safe container for the expression of Peace, Love, emotional release and community connection. The practice of repetitive, intentional and easy to follow call-and-response singing/chanting realigns and attunes our bodies, minds and spirits back towards the vibrations of Peace and Love and remembering who we really are (Embodied Divine Presence). 
Please join us in co-creating and shifting world consciousness back towards Peace, Love and Kindness.  All are welcome!
