Be prepared to walk 1.5 miles for approximately 2 hours, with a rest stop. The tour starts just before twilight, rain or shine, as neon looks great on a rainy night.Meeting point to begin the tour is across Oak Street from Portland Outdoor Store (304 SW 3rd Ave).NOTE: Please BRING PHOTO I.D., as the tour ends at a neon-filled bar.Requests for cancellation with full refund can be made up to 24 hours prior to the tour start time, after which no refunds will be issued.
