Participants will learn how to control severe arterial bleeding using commercial or improvised tourniquets, apply compression bandages, pack wounds, and treat chest injuries.
Students will have hands on application of tourniquets, chest seals, compression bandages, and gauze for wound packing on simulated body parts.
We will also cover what you will need to make a kit or what to look for when buying a kit. Students will be provided discount codes for medical equipment.
The USCCA Emergency First Aid Fundamentals book can be purchased the day of the class for $20.00
Tuition includes training devices to practice with in class, tourniquet, chest seals, wound packing, pressure dressing.
The course will end between 2 pm and 3 pm based on how many participants sign up.

Please bring several pair of latex or nitrile gloves in your size for the control the bleed simulation.
