Coding & Coordinates: Smart Data Collection

The Esri R&D Center in Portland is teaming up with Esri Gold Partner dymaptic for a new series of quarterly, in-person sessions for ArcGIS users.

We'll do a technical deep-dive, answer questions, and leave some time for networking. In February, we'll cover:

• Configuring and deploying ArcGIS Field Maps for mobile data collection
• Best practices for form design, offline workflows, and data validation
• Using AI to enhance field operations - from automated feature extraction and asset inventories to intelligent data quality checks
• Real-world applications in transportation and public works: change detection, asset lifecycle management, and automated workflows
• Integrating AI assistants to streamline field crew workflows and post-collection analysis

Who should attend? GIS professionals and developers across all industries. While we'll showcase applications in public works and transportation infrastructure, the techniques apply to any field data collection scenario - whether you're tracking assets, conducting inspections, surveying sites, managing facilities, or collecting environmental data.
