AGREEMENT TERMS 1. Your field trip session includes access to our pavilion building, inside restrooms, fire pits, swings, games, parking lot and Christmas tree fields. 2. A minimum of 50 paid admissions required per group booking. Your estimated attendees and 50% deposit is due November 1. Your final numbers and the remainder payment is due 7 days before your field trip date. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, bank draft, check or cash. 3. If weather is bad on your scheduled time, you can reschedule to another time or get a refund if no alternate time can be worked out. 4. Once deposit is made, no cancellations can be made except for weather reasons. If desired, we can attempt to reschedule you to another time, but this cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be given for cancellations or no shows. 5. Depending upon your group size, we will rotate groups through the wagon ride and educational sessions. 6. Hot Chocolate includes 1 cup per paid attendee. Smores includes supplies for 1 per paid attendee. We also provide the skewers. 7. Tree planting activity includes 1 per child (adults can help). 8. If desired, you can bring your own food and activities, but must be cleaned up by the end of your time slot. 9. Big Sky Farm assumes no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in any activity conducted on our farm. 10. There must be 1 adult in your group for every 10 Children. All adults and children pay for admission. 11. Pets must be kept on a leash. 12. No smoking or alcohol is allowed on the property. 13.
