Using Hypnotherapy, Journeywork and sacred sound, you will be led to connect with the the elements of earth, air, fire, and water and feel how they can be allies for you in this time.It’s easy to forget with our human timelines and to-do lists that we are not only of the Earth, we are an extension of the Earth. The same elements of earth, air, fire, water create absolutely everything in our lives, and run through us every minute… the electricity beating in our chests is an anomaly. A wonder. Those elements have signatures and innate intelligences that our bodies can align with- for power, for rest, for courage, for clarity.My sacred practice for decades, has been to tune in to those elements all around me, every day in any situation. This last month I got a hero's dose of it on the Big Island, but there was a time when during a global pandemic, I had a broken leg as a solo mama, and it took me a lot of effort in my wheelchair to make it out to sit under the pine tree by our apartment building.But once I got there, the smell of the sun on those pine needles was medicine. The sap held light. Walking under trees and letting them brush the top of my head is medicine. Sitting in a bathtub and letting it drain fully while I’m still in there is medicine. Inhaling while I’m looking at the clouds and knowing that my breath is moving the air around me is medicine. But mostly just sitting on the ground and feeling the resemblance in the matter of my body and the matter of the Earth. The calcium in my bones came from the plants that were grown in the soil, etc.We all need first aid right now.
