She has shaped organizational structures, strengthened leadership capability, and guided teams through complex transformation working across market, regional, and global environments, including an overseas assignment in The Netherlands.Ann brings deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and strategic HR partnership. She is particularly skilled at building high-performing teams and aligning people strategies with business priorities to enable lasting cultural and structural change.Since retiring from corporate leadership, Ann serves as a nonprofit board member, pro bono advisor, and guest lecturer.
