The Spring Mighty Moraine Multi-Sport Festival is Western Pennsylvania's premier early-season triathlon event at beautiful Moraine State Park.

Whether you're racing your first Super Sprint or preparing for the State Championships in August, Spring MMM gives you the perfect opportunity to test the course and dial in your race strategy.

📅 RACE WEEKEND:
• Saturday, May 16: Olympic Distance & Youth Races
• Sunday, May 17: Sprint, Super Sprint & Duathlon Races

🏊 THE COURSE:
• Swim: Lake Arthur (wetsuit recommended in May)
• Bike: Rolling hills through Moraine State Park
• Run: Scenic bike trail at Moraine

🏆 AVAILABLE RACES:

SATURDAY - OLYMPIC DISTANCE (7 AM start):
• Olympic Triathlon (1500yd swim, 25mi bike, 6.2mi run)
• Olympic Aqua Bike (1500yd swim, 25mi bike)
• Olympic Relay (2-3 person teams)

SATURDAY - YOUTH RACES (4:45 PM):
• Ages 6 & under
• Ages 7-10
• Ages 11-15

SUNDAY - SPRINT & SUPER SPRINT (7 AM start):
• Super Sprint Triathlon (375yd swim, 6.2mi bike, 1.5mi run)
• Sprint Triathlon (750yd swim, 12.4mi bike, 3.1mi run)
• Sprint Duathlon (1.5mi run, 12.4mi bike, 3.1mi run)
• Sprint Aqua Bike (750yd swim, 12.4mi bike)
• Sprint Adventure Race (2mi paddle, 12.4mi bike, 3.1mi run)
• Sprint Relay (2-3 person teams)
• Novice Wave (for first-time triathletes)
